Located close to Keswick, the Lake District Wildlife Park is an award winning animal attraction set within breathtaking scenery and home to over 100 species of animals
Explore this wildlife park with its collection of domestic and exotic animals, many in natural open enclosures, including lemurs, meercats, giant bisons, zebra, deer, red panda, micro pigs, birds of prey and reptiles. There are also falconry flying displays that take place, and the talks and live feeding sessions with the more exotic animals are also popular.
For an extra fee you can take part in the animal experiences - Meet the Meercats, Lemur Encounters, Hawk Walks and chance to be a Keeper - letting you get up close with your favourite animals.
Set within 25 acres of lands there is also much more to explore including an adventure playground, tractor rides and various picnic spots amongst the open parkland. There is also a restaurant and shop on-site.
