There are four bedrooms - double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, single room with extra pull-out bed suitable for child up to 14yrs, double bedroom and twin bedroom, with large family bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
The kitchen is fully-fitted and well-equipped for all your needs, and has fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob and microwave. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and leads through an archway into the dining room which seats 8. The lounge is cosy amd comfortable, with TV and DVD player, and a woodburning stove. There is a cd/radio system with i-pod docking station in the dining room. There is a rear utility room with boiler and this has ample space for boots and coats, and for drying off clothes.
The garden is fully enclosed and has a wooden bench seating 8 and a garden seat. The car park is adjacent to the property and easily holds 4 cars. There is also a lockable shed for cycle storage and a barbecue.
Dancing Gate is ideally situated for those wishing to walk the fells and tour the Lake District and Carlisle and the Borders. Keswick is just 2 miles away with plenty of shops, activities, restaurants and pubs, as well as supermarkets and petrol stations. Other nearby towns include Penrith and Cockermouth.

Follow the A66 to Keswick (but do not go into the town) and stay on the dual carriageway, going downhill to Crosthwaite roundabout. Take the A591 to Carlisle, and Dancing Gate is 1.7 miles along this road on the right. The car parking is through the farmyard gate and up the drive on your right.
