Newly refurbished guest house on the fringe of Kendal Close for all fells and lakes.

We have three letting rooms, one double en-suite, one double with private bathroom and one twin with shower and private toilet. Guest Lounge. Secure storage for Bikes etc.
We do not cater for Children under 14 years and do not accept pets.
We have off road parking facilities.
