Lovely 18th century Lakeland cottage located in the Ullswater valley.

Grisedale Cottage is a charming Lakeland cottage located in a small community of houses at Grisedale Bridge, midway between Glenridding and Patterdale.

The cottage has a lovely lounge with multi-fuel stove, TV, DVD player, mini hi-fi system and lots of info and books about the local area.  The modern kitchen is well equipped and the dining area is in the conservatory which overlooks the garden at the back of the cottage.

The cottage has three bedrooms:  one double room with en-suite toilet on the ground floor; one twin room and one single room on the first floor.  The family bathroom is on the first floor and there is a sauna and shower on the ground floor.

The cottage is surrounded by gliimpses of mountains and fells and there is plenty of walking and biking from the cottage door - Helvellyn, Fairfield, Place Fell and the High Street range are all within easy reach.  Ullswater lake is about 10 minutes’ walk from the cottage.
