Set at the foot of Coniston Old Man in lovely gardens we offer 1st class B&B at an affordable price. Each bedroom has a new ensuite with power shower, also patio windows and seating area to sit out in and watch the birds feeding or cows and sheep in the fields. We offer a quality breakfast using local produce and eggs from our own rare breed free range chickens. We have many footpaths from our door including a path up Coniston Old Man or to Coniston lake shore. Pony treking or boaitng center near by. We have 3 pubs within walking distance all serving very good food.
